Once they can sit up or flex up into sitting position they are supposed to be out of the swings. I know - it doesn't leave a lot of time for swing use, believe me, I stretched out the use as long as possible! But that is the recommendation.

I used my Vado to film it and I think that Vado and Vimeo have issues with each other. Because I've used Vimeo several times without any problems, but it doesn't seem to like my Vado recorder.

I saw your video and I could see my son when he did it in another swing version 5 years back. He was actually able to get out of the buckles turn in his tummy, push the back of the swing back into the ground and crawl half way out of it. Never again I opted for the swings thar are closer to the ground. I guess the taller ones have better designs or the hight don't let our little monkeys venture out of it. Either way they scare the c....p out of me.

You aren't the only one! My daughter, now 18 months, had this problem around the same age...maybe just a tad bit sooner...I put her in long enough to use the little girl's room, and INSTANTLY hear blood-curdling screams...she had managed to move her head over the side of it, and her head was pinned in between the swing and stand bars! I can't tell you how scary it was, and how quickly it got put away, never to be used again!
